Shipping & Return Policies

Most orders ship within 1 to 2 business days. Some items are not immediately available, and can take up to a week to ship out. We will contact you if any delay should occur with your order. We are able to offer alternative products if delays should occur. Items usually arrive between 2 to 7 business days from the day of shipment. The trucking company will call you to schedule the delivery. Please make sure you provide a valid phone number on your order. Please note that these shipping times may be extended due to unforeseen circumstances such as item availability and/or weather delays.

Please be aware, you or your agent must be present to receive the shipment. Be sure to carefully inspect each unit for any damage that may have occurred during shipping. If you see any creasing or dents in the cardboard, this may indicate that there is damage to the unit. Alert the driver and open the box for further inspection. Please note any and all damage found upon arrival with the driver and get an exception number. Minor dents and dings may happen during shipment; these will not affect operation of the equipment but please note them upon receiving shipment in order to fill out a damage claim. If damage is severe or looks like it might affect operation of the equipment, note the damage with the driver and refuse the damaged item. If the shipment is accepted without noting damage, and damage is found later, we will not be able to assist you with replacements or reimbursement.

If you are not able to be present at the time of delivery, it is your responsibility to make sure that your agent opens and inspects the shipment when it arrives.

** The shipping company will bill consignee (you the customer receiving the package) for additional added services/charges that were not shown in the bill of lading due to certain conditions including:

  • Re-delivery cost due to customers not being present during the scheduled delivery time.
  • Fees for helping to bring the item inside. Curbside delivery with free liftgate service is included to deliver and unload the order to the curbside but you are responsible for bringing your items inside of your home or building. If requested and your driver can assist with moving your items from the curbside to the inside of your home or building, there could be additional cost.
  • Detention charges. These types of charges occur if the delivery driver waits for the customer due to the customer not being present at the agreed upon delivery time.

Q) How does shipping work with returns?

A) Returns are handled on a case by case basis. If a return is initiated due to damaged equipment during shipping which is noted with the trucking company, we will cover the return shipping back to our location and ship another item out free of charge. Returns

-- Full Refund - Your purchase has been paid for, not packaged up nor shipped.

-- 97% Refund - Your purchase has been paid for, packaged up but not shipped.

-- 90% Refund less shipping costs - Your purchase has been paid for, packaged up and shipped to you and not unpacked by you.

-- Variable or no Refund - Purchase has been accepted and unpacked by you. Please send items back and we will evaluate any and all problems, a fair refund will be given. If items show evidence of tampering, have been broken or have been installed, no refund will be given. Please see the shipping section for products damaged upon arrival.

-- No return on any and all electrical parts (capacitors, motors, control boards, ect)

-- No returns on special order items will be accepted.

-- Returned items must arrive at our warehouse within 30 days from the date of delivery.

-- Return shipping is arranged and paid for by the customer.

-- All items must be returned to the same warehouse that they originated from.

-- No returns will be accepted unless all items are returned in their original, unaltered packaging.

-- Please do not write on the packaging; please use labels instead.

 

If your shipment is going to a business address, a semi truck has to be able to gain access to the business, it must have a loading dock and it cannot be in a residential area or a terminal address. You will be responsible for any additional charges if misinformation is given.

If your shipment is going to the trucking company distribution center, they will call you when shipment arrives. Your system in most cases will fit in a small pickup truck, SUV or van.

If your shipment is going to a residential address, it is vital that you or your authorized representative are present when the shipment arrives. The trucking company will call you before delivery to setup an appointment window to deliver curbside. Please note, because every shipping terminal does not have smaller trucks available, some restrictions may apply to residential deliveries. Below are just an example of the most common potential delivery restrictions. Other restrictions may still apply. Please contact us at 813-885-7999 if any of these are applicable to you.

1. Gravel or dirt roads leading up to address

2. Low hanging power lines

3. Dead End streets or long drives where a 48' to 53' truck is unable to turnaround to exit

4. Gated communities

5. Some rural addresses

6. Addresses directly off a major road or highway where stopping could be deemed hazardous or illegal

 

We make every effort to choose the best trucking company for your area and delivery type, however ultimately if a final destination delivery is deemed not possible by the trucking company, the customer may be required to make arrangements to meet the truck or pickup at the trucking company terminal. If this occurs please contact us so we can reimburse the residential portion of your shipping fees.

 

Regardless which type of shipping you chose, it is important that you open or remove the box and inspect all equipment pieces you purchased from us. We take every precaution to package your items properly for shipment. It is possible that small dents or dings to the cabinets could be found. In this situation you should notate the damage on the trucking company delivery receipt and accept the shipment. Minor flaws are cosmetic and do not effect the operation of the system or warranty. In the event that major damage is evident, BE SURE to notate the damage on the trucking company delivery receipt and refuse the shipment.

In the unlikely event your order is damaged or items are missing and you have properly notated on the trucking company delivery receipt, the items will be reshipped to you as soon as possible at no additional charge.A damaged shipment is not grounds for cancelling your order. It is our policy to reship your replacement item(s) provided you have properly notated the damage or missing items as outlined above.If you do not want to wait for your replacement, you will be subject to the cancellation policy.

 

IMPORTANT READ THE BELOW STATEMENT:

IF YOU OR YOUR AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE ACCEPTS THE DELIVERY WITHOUT NOTATING DAMAGE OR MISSING ITEMS ON THE TRUCKING COMPANY DELIVERY RECEIPT AND DAMAGE OR MISSING ITEMS ARE FOUND AFTER THE DRIVER LEAVES, WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO FILE A CLAIM ON YOUR BEHALF. WE WILL HELP TO PROVIDE YOU WITH THE NECESSARY DOCUMENTS, HOWEVER YOU WILL HAVE TO FILE THE CLAIM DIRECTLY WITH THE TRUCKING COMPANY. IT IS CONSIDERED A CONCEALED DAMAGE CLAIM, AND WE CANNOT GUARANTEE AN OUTCOME OF THE CLAIM OR PROMISE ANY MONETARY COMPENSATION.

It is your responsibility to thoroughly inspect your shipment to be sure it is complete and correct.

If your order is incorrect, damaged, or missing any items we must be notified within 48 hours, otherwise your purchase will be deemed completed.

If your order is accepted and signed for, it is deemed as correct. If you find afterwards that your order is incorrect, you will be responsible for inbound and outbound freight to correct the order.
